I am moving into a rental house and there is a small room which I have no purpose for so I have decided to possibly see about turning it into my "zen room". In my last place I had a small room with wood flooring where I would roll out my yoga mat and practice, as well as practice dance in my pointe shoes (both of which aren't as easily done on carpeting. The only problem is that my new place only has carpeting. I am curious if it would be possible to lay down wood flooring sheets over the carpet? I don't want to permanently install them, but perhaps lay down some kind of tarp or protecting sheet on the carpet and then measure out what kind of area I would need in wood flooring sheets, and fit it in the room as best as possible. Is there any other kind of product I could use or try out if this were not workable?
