I am 26 weeks pregnant. I am no longer with my partner so am moving back near to my family so can have some support once baby arrives. I am on benefits as I had to leave my job due to being pregnant. I have been given a house by a housing association. The house is completely empty. I do have furniture, everything except a cooker. I would really like to get the house carpeted before the baby arrives in Feb, just so it feels warmer as the floor is concrete. Do you think I would be eligible for a community care grant as I will be finally moving to a suitable property? Thanks
