ok so im currently in halls, the toilet overflowed, i noticed it but it was already half way down the hall, i ran to the office, they were kinda lax, girl walked up, she comes in and goes OOOOooo it is bad, gonna need a plumber...im like yes i told you it was bad grrr!!
then it gets worse and worse
they ring a plumber
then guy comes takes apart the toilet, unplugs it, leaves everything lying everywhere, tells me to fix it...
then as they leave they say, yea clean up this its ur flat...but it was so bad and only the two of us were there and now the other one has gone out.
the place is in such a state i cannot possibly clean it without like industrial stuff, ya think they woudda offered alternative accommodation or to even help for a while...at least put the toilet back on.
The place is such a mess.
What do guys think? And at least tomorrow they re gonna have to do something...we have insurance like. The carpets are gonna need ripped out its got into the fridge TOILET WATER EW
