My fiance and I rescued our cat, Luna, from the animal shelter. When we first got her, she was very sick and we nursed her back to health, but while she was sick she was very cuddly and slept all the time and never really played with anything. After she was better, she became very playful, and if you aren't careful you get pretty scratched and bitten up because she gets so excited. But the past 2 days she has been completely different. She isn't playing as much and she's extremely cuddly. She's used to sleeping by my head at night or next to me on the bed, but now even when I'm sitting on the couch or at the computer desk she'll crawl up and curl up on my shoulder (very difficult for her to stay on while I'm in a regular desk chair!). She's also been falling asleep in random places, as well. She usually only sleeps on our bed or on the couch, but the past couple days she's been sleeping on random spots on the carpet or on a random blanket sitting on the floor. She's also been extremely cuddly with me, as I mentioned earlier, when I'm home. She used to not be one to be held too long when you are standing or sitting down, and now she's perfectly fine with it. What is up with my cat? Is she getting sick, or is she getting some vibe from me that I'm not even sure of yet?
