I did the kitchen floor with bleach yesterday and my 2 cats started rolling around the floor, 1 even tried to lick the floor! i shut off the kitchen door to stop them as bleach is obviously harmful but then they were both trying to dig under the door and pulled up the carpet trying to get back into the kitchen, then they just gave up and sat with there noses at the door gap for a good hour just sniffing away, i tried to keep them away but to no avail, its like they were getting high off it or something!
Is this normal, i think there might be a bit on there coats but i tried to rub em down and they seem fine, i dont want to poison them! there i no way i could ever get them into a bath to wash them proper ive tried before and its impossible!
what is it with bleach that draws cats to it??!
just "clean n fresh" thick bleach, i keep the mop outside but i put a new head on b4 i did the floor, i dont usually use bleach but this was a very strange reaction from the cats, they were going wild for it!
