I could understand if it was a male cat,but she is 18 and has been doing this all her life.her mum was a farm cat who kipped in our garage and her dad was a wild cat who made our farm his home.she's a very timid cat but is settled with everything and one she knows.I've had to stop her sleeping in my garage cos there was wee and poo everywhere.instead I thought a little house with a cat litter tray would help.I bought a massive dog cage and attached it to the wall in my utility room with a cat flap leading outside.I bought a lovely fluffy box for her to hide and sleep in and covered the floor in carpet with a cat litter tray on top.she loves it and its her safe haven but she wees in the litter tray,on the carpet and even in her fluffy box then lies in it.this is to the point where its actually dripping from her box.she spents lots of time outside too.I know at 18 its not really going to stop,but Im just curious why she would do that?
