We have lived in this bungalow for 2 years now. Each year, the mold gets worse on the walls. We have sprayed with a strong bleach which rids the mold. But within a few weeks it is back! Last year we even had mushrooms growing through our carpet!! Myself and my partner have constantly got cold like symptoms like headaches, runny noses and sneezes! I am getting a little frustrated now. All our clothes go moldy - the wardrobe and drawers are not in contact with the walls. Its not a pretty sight! Its only the back walls (they dont get any sunlight during day). I always have the windows open at least on the ventilatoin catch. We have a small log burner and panel heaters (costing a fortune!) in each of the rooms.My landlord said it IS condensation. I have showed her pics of the walls and gave her mushrooms from the floor! She didnt even view the property. I got in touch with my local council who said they cannot investigate as the landlord is complying with their orders. I am so sick of living in this - what can i do? Any serious answers appreciated,.
