I've been weighing myself all week. I weighed myself again today and I'd put on a stone. A WHOLE STONE, in just 24 hours!! I was shocked. I then asked my mum who said well try again on the wooden floor (which is where I'd been weighing myself all week) instead of the carpet, and I was back to the same weight I'd been all week! How strange! How on earth does weighing yourself on carpet and wooden floor make any difference? Which is more accurate?
ps they were non-electronic scales.
gintable... a stone is 6 kg... don't be silly.
no no, the scales were on 0 each time.
