I came back to my flat i saw water leaking from the flat above in my kitchen and living room .I knocked on their door and their washing machine filter was not properly fitted and the water was all over their floor and leasked on mine. I called my insurer and they told me that i have an excess of £250 for water leakage and it will affect my premium
Who should pay for the repaired of my ceiling?
Also some water went on my fitted carpet in the hallway. Can i claim for a new carpet?
