Hi,
I currently have a large wet patch on the carpet upstairs. I spoke to next door who is a plumber however he said I needed to get someone in to do trace and access work? He told me that I should check my insurance cover first as they usually cover issues such as this.. just my luck though it doesn't.
Does anyone know any companies that cover trace and access work that isn't insurance based and doesn't cost a fortune? I don't really want to rip all the carpet and floor boards up to find the leak in the first place.
Thanks - Sam xx
