I have recently rescued an aussie cattle dog, and after years of a fur free home I am struggling to cope with the new hairy-ness of my carpets! They look okay until you get down close and realise that they are now 50% dog and my little daewoo just is not tough enough for the job. Can anyone recommend from experience what the best vacuum cleaner for dog hair is - I would like an upright really. I am assuming that Dysons are the best, but can anyone confirm this or recommend any others? Thank you!
