we live in rented house and get house visits from the agency.I was lead to believe that these visits
are to make sure that we have not made any changes to the structure of the house..however the
three visits we were reported to the owners for having (1) a clean but messy kitchen (2)dog hairs on the carpet ,and the lawn needed cutting.I have been told that this is against our civil rights Is this correct
