I look at the crumbling building that lay before me. Oh why, dad? Why? Why am I destined to stay in this hell hole? I glance at the open windows and find myself being glared at by hundreds of girl?s eyes. Oh great, I?m hated already. I?m going to tell you how I ended up here.
?Please, no!? I said, almost grovelling on my knees.
?You have to go; it?s the only school that will take you.? Dad said, trying his best to stay calm in front of the taxi man at the end of our path.
?No it isn?t, I can be home schooled!? I cried.
?We can?t afford it.? Dad said shortly through gritted teeth.
I had to go or he?d probably end up doing something he regretted, which he already had. I am going to be so bad they?ll be paying him to get rid of me, and it?s going to be a pleasure.
I glare back at those hateful girls. This was going to be fun. I smile evilly to myself as I walk through the wooden door. As soon as I got in I realise this is a posh school. No money Dad? No money my bottom. I stand upon pure white marble flooring, a picture of a queen staring at me from the other side of the hall. Red velvet chairs line against every wall, a red carpet lead to grand oak stairs that look like they go on forever. On the right hand side of the hall there is grand wooden doors that are closed.
Suddenly I feel a hand on my shoulder. I start beneath the touch. I turn round and there an old woman stands, her face a permanent scowl.
?You, get to lessons.? She says icily.
I scowl back at her and studied her face. Nothing, not even a little bit of kindness. This will be pleasurable.
?For your information,? I growl ?I am new here and need to see the headmaster.?
?I am the headmistress, thank you young lady. Your dormitory is number 208,? She points towards the long oak stairs and pauses. ?Your room is on the top floor.?
An unfriendly smile appears on her face. I HATE her. I drag my suitcase up the stairs with extra strength made purely of hate. I freeze as I walk into the dormitory. I thought I was angry before.
