I am SICK to death of disgusting, dirty , manky dog owners letting their dogs shi.t in the street and on the parks.
What can be done to make sure people clean it up?
Can all dog owners state hand on heart that they have picked up every single crap that their dog has done in itīs life?
I doubt it. I reckon you should all have to pay a BIG tax if you canīt be bothered.
Either let them do it on your own living room carpet and get it all over your own kids or PICK IT UP!
(Rant induced by having to clean childīs shoes of somebody elseīs dogs crap one too many times!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
