We are currently renting a 1st floor condo, built in 2008. As of this morning, there are wet areas in a hallway leading from the dining room to the master bed & laundry room. The wet areas do not get better after attempting to dry them with towels, and seem to be getting larger, even since this morning. The water is not coming from the ceiling, and there's nothing nearby that could be causing this.. My husband seems to think it may be a problem with the foundation.. If it is, what type of repairs are we looking at, and how long do they generally take?? Any opinions are welcome!
