Hi,
We live in the UK in a 1 bed house which is 2 and a half years old. The house is 1 of 4 which are in a square shape.
The last few days we have had water coming up through the carpet in the down stairs bedroom and its just getting worse.
It has been raining here the last few days and recently had alot of snow.
If im right, the house is covered for 10 years as it is a new build.
So is anybody able to tell me who I should contact about this and what it could be?
