as the owner of a typical east-west semi detached property, I was wondering how the condensation finds its way out of gap between ground floor ceiling boards and first floor's floor boards(where the joists are...sorry I don't know the technical terms. As far as I can detect there are two vent bricks in the ground floor wall outside(under the living room) but when I look towards the facade in both faces, I can not see any vent bricks?!so far we have no problems with the condensation on the walls in both floors but I was thinking that laying laminate floor instaed of carpets can block condensation, so thanks in advance for your professional opinion!
