I had a new vacuum in Sep 09 when i vacuumed my hall stairs & landing the other day it has left a burn on 6 steps & hall, Asda have replaced the vacuum & said they will replace hall & 6 steps on the stairs but the carpet i had is discontinued, what are my rights as i can't pay for another carpet.
