Hoping someone can help. My friend lives in a house with no apparent dampness however the back of her furniture shows signs of a type of dampness. The walls are dry and so are the floors etc. They have put bleach along the outside of the house, have stones round the house to aid ventilation and open their windows regularly. They have also checked under the floorboards and everything is dry. There is also a funny musty smell which lingers in the house. The house is spotlessly clean however the smell does not go. It sticks to clothes, carpets etc. Can anyone give any advice!!!
