hi everyone i'm really struggling to train my 5 month old chihuahua weve had her since she was 10 weeks old. when i bought her she hadnt had her injections so we thought it would be best to put her to paper untill we had a vaccinated,. but she was releiving herself anywhere but the paper, she seems to favour my rug so i rolled it up and put it away she also likes to go on the bottom step and landing obviousley shes had her injections weeks ago, and we were making some progress with a few mistakes. ive since had my rug professionly cleaned and all of my carpets and laid it back down this morning and the first thing she did was go straight on the carpet and the rug
this is really frustrating me

12.00 i let her out for 10 mins. while i had my dinner, let her in she went straight to the rug and had a wee :(
ive been letting her out every hour. why is she not learning any top tips??
