Can anyone help me?? I have a tenancy agreement and my tenants are due to be moving in in 3 weeks. They have asked if they can have a dog which i have agreed too. I want to put a clause on the end of the agreement to say i have agreed this and that at the end of the tenancy they are to get all carpets professionally cleaned. and that i can keep a section of there deposit for longer incase of fleas. Can anyone help me!
