This property will go to auction in the next few weeks...I used to know the owner...but due to his failing heath I have lost touch...the point is this...it is situated at postcode ST13 7NP...(it's number is significant in a leap year), anyway...inside the garage there is a fire-proof floor safe sunken into the foundations...there is a covering of chipboard and carpet over the top as this was used as a kind of office at some time...viewing will begin next week and a metal detector (Stanley knife through the carpet), will confirm my description...(it is situated at the rear of the garage just in front of the worktop in the center)...I am possibly the only person who is aware of it's content...and since the owner has lapsed into ill-health then I think it is highly likely it's contents is unchanged. The estate agent on ST13 6HZ is handling the sale...I will reveal more only if you contact me direct...I need to purchase this property...if you want to be involved...post a message!!!!!!!!!
I challenge anyone to test my information....this is NOT bullshit...I am NOT away with the fairies...public viewing will start next week...does anyone have the foresight to check out my information?...or will you just dismiss it out of hand...after all there is no attempt on my part to ask for "payment " for this information!...missing out on this opportunity could haunt you for years...come on...this is serious!.....
