Recently I used alot of steam and decongestants and my breathing and nose issues have worsened e.g. dehydration, allergy sensitivity, nose breaathing and sleep dehydration, swollen dry face in mornings and bad ezcema on top of eyelids and red rash causing dark circles.
I've had these symptoms since it was really cold in winter and I got a humidifier in my room, but i stopped that 6 months ago and still have problems.
The humidifier was great at the beginning i was feeling very hydrated but then a couple of times later I started suffering worse symptoms. I sleep in a room next to a boiler and walls are slightly damp from previous years, and cracks in walls and house has carpet flooring.
BUt recently I bought a nasal seawater spray called sterimar for moisterizing my nose and i've noticed my face returning back to normal like it was when I was living in a humid country when I was a child, my breathing and hydration and skin issues going away as well as the rashes slowly.
I notice that when I play tennis in humid conditions I play out of this world
I notice when I sing in humid conditions I speak and sing clearly
I thought it was dehydration but i drink so much water that the water has made no mark.
I notice when it is humid I sleep peacefully.
- I've had this for such a longtime throughtout childhood and teens and adulthood, I am at a loss and deeply sad as it is affecting my life significantly for such a longtime.
I see an ear nose and throat specialist in a few weeks time but i have alot of things that need doing for other people as part of my job so need some solution or advice asap.
Thank you for anyone who replies deligently.
