ive been renting an unfurnished penthouse for 11months and moving out soon. i am wondering what general wear and tear means? i havent damaged anything and im a bit OCD anyway so always kept it very clean but there are scuffs on the walls from my furniture in all the rooms, what should i do? leave them or paint over? apart from that i think everything else is fine-ive even managed to get a stain out the carpet that was there when i moved in :0)
