Hi,
I have had to make a claim to replace my carpet (previous question about stain)
I assume they will give me vouchers to replace the carpet but I was wondering, would I be able to get wood flooring instead of carpet? (I don't want it to happen again!!)
Someone is coming out to try and hopefully clean it but if that is unsuccessful I will need a new floor.
Also will they cover the cost of fitting?
Will I have to pay my excess to Nat West or will I have to pay it when buying a new carpet?
I forgot to ask when making the claim and can't find anything about it in my policy.
Thanks for your time!
