Hiya, i've moved into this property about a month ago, before i moved in the estate agents hired a carpet cleaner who cleaned the carpet in the living room, well even though its been cleaned, there were still stains on the carpet and a 'mouldy' kinda smell to it. I washed the carpet myself but it still smells, and i feel so disgusted by it because im a OCD kind of person and i have a crawling 8 month old son!
So my question is, do i have the right to demand for the carpet to be replaced? I dont really want to do it because i dont have that kind of money to be honest, what the way out here?
