hi , iv just moved into my own place and am clueless with these kinds of things
ok i have just a plain floor with the black council tiles
i want to a lay carpet
would i need to put carpet underlay down and then carpet grippers then place the carpet down ?
is underlay a must as i am on a very tight budget ?
no nasty comments please
would laminate underlay work instead of carpet underlay ?
