I had my check today & was told that there are stains on the carpet (Where people have put their feet when sitting on the sofa - this was here when I moved in but has worsened) & iron burns on the carpet 2 small darker patches (a different room - not bad burn marks or holes however). Apart from this the property is actually i much better condition than when I moved in (ie water damage in bathroom & shower cleaned away,repainted, mould in bathroom various marks on walls repainted) How much could I expect to be taken from the deposit if any? Or what kind of figure should I contest?
