i visit my daughter who lives in a rented house which had been renovated,during renovation in the old house the chimney breast was removed and soot got onto the floor however it wasnt cleaned properly and the smell of soot comes through the new carpet realy strongly and i sleep next to it on an inflatable bed.my question is are these fumes dangerous,thanks
