our upstairs neightbours are so loud during the day they wake my baby up. they slam doors (never shut them) and walk around on their wooded floor (it used to be carpet and there was never a problem) like they really mean it. my baby just woke up from it and he does this occassionally.
they are young professionals and i don't think they realise the noise they're actually making.
the thing that's bothering me is that we are noisy at times too. the baby will scream (he's very loud) in the middle of the night sometimes and we've just sleep trained him, so it's been very loud down here. but now he's finally sleeping properly and everyone's happy, except this noise.
how do i handle this nicely? what do i say?
i'm posting this in the baby section as i know you guys know how loud babies become and that sometimes there isn't much else to do but to let them cry.
just to clarify: they moved in after the baby was born and that's also when the carpet was taken out.
