we are trying to sell our maisonette but everyone has been put off by the neighbours garden front and back. its got an old carpet , wheels , broken tiles and is totally over run by brambles.
He does not live there and has just let the place go. for the last 3 years ourselfs and the 2 other neighbours have asked him to do something about it as he stll collects he post so we see him ut he refuses to.
is there anything we can do legally to get him to clear it - if we told the council there was rats would he have to clean it up ?
what would happen if we cleared it up ? could we get in trouble for going onto his property ?
We really really need to sell as the house e have put an offer on will not take it off the market until we have sold so we risk losing the house because of this.
thanks for your help in advance x
