Earlier this evening my 11wk old puppy woke up from a nap and was sniffing about so i jumped up to let him out for the toilet and he threw up on my carpet, so i tried to call him and he ran into my bedroom and was sick, and then sick again outside. After he seemed he's normal self, playing etc.
Then at 2am this morning i wake up and he has been sick in he's crate so i let him out cleaned it up and took him outside for the toilet and he had diarrhea. Brought him back in and he was fine wanted to play.
I wondered if anyone had any advice, i am a worrier.
I recently changed he's food because our pet shop didnt have he's normal brand and he was running really low, he was eating purina beta and now he's eating bakers puppy food but that was a week a go he started the new food.
I also wormed him last week i dont know if that can cause delayed symptoms.
He eats everything and anything, im always taking sticks, leaves, grass from the garden out of he's mouth and he's always sniffing around...
in the kitchen and when ever we drop food we quickly pick it up before he eats although yesterday i wasn't quick enough and he ate a piece of muchroom from the lasagne i was throwing away.
Could any of this cause sickness and diarrhea? He is a sleep now, its 3.30am and im too worried to put him in he's crate and so im awake now!
Should i take him to the vet asap or see how he is tomorrow?
Any advice would be great.

Also sorry more i thought of, i upped he's food this week aswell cuz i thought he looked abit skinny.
He has had hes vaccinations, he went to the vet 2wks ago for them and she said he was very healthy.
I cant sleep tonight now ill just have to sit and watch him.
