ive stayed in my 2 bedroom petite house for about a year now with my partner and 11 month old daughter.
my boiler is knackered,it was due a service but no one came out,there is no underlay what so ever under my paper thing carpets,its just concrete and thin floor boards,my old bedroom has got mould on windows,the cupboards that over my bed and around has fallen down and i open one cupboard door to find a gaping hole enough to fit 3 people in,my cooker doesnt work,i would be lucky to even get a half cooked through meal,wires coming out of my windowsill,everytime we walk through the house in the back bedroom all you can hear is rubble or something falling down in my walls,so we only use 1 room in the house excluding the bathroom,our living room and to seelp crammed in a box room with a double bed and cot,not easssyy!!and i havent even met my landlord,not once,she told her daughter & husband to take care of it,but all there intrested in is the rent,which to be honest is not worth it,and they have got a cheak to tell us to tidy up the garden,its okay for them living in a nice 5 bedroom house in a nice area,and yes i know im still here in this same crap house and thats because we can not afford a deposit for a new house and i really wish i could so i had a nice house for my daughter to grow up in not some old falling apart smelly blocked drained house
any advice
