Hey everyone,
Okay so here it is i was in Tesco's (a grocery store) i was using my phone and the screen just went black it turned off and i was like, "maybe its out of charge oh well", and thought nothing more of it.
So when i got home from my epic adventures that day i plug it into my charger and a symbol comes up, its a battery with a red X through it, i didn't know what to do so i just took it off the charge.
The next day i tried it again and the same problem occurred so i waited it out another day and the same thing happened so i went online to try and figure this thing out (as the internet is the answer to all life's problems) and i got advice from dropping it on the floor to holding the battery until it was worm, it progressed from the regular battery and lightning bolt to going to the red X to staying on the lightning bolt and battery (the normal charge screen) so i thanked god and let it charge for about 5 hours, when i got home that day i went to my room and looked at the screen and it was still on the normal charge screen so i thought thank god its fixed but when i went to turn it on NOTHING HAPPENED! it just doesn't do anything its like trying to turn it on with no battery in it!
Any help with my problem would be amazing!
P.S. I need these suggestions as soon as possible because ive gone a week and a half without a phone and its killing me! and also i have tried all the cookie cutter crap like plugging it in and taking the battery out, worming up the battery, dropping it on carpet and taking out the SandDisk card, none have worked. Thanks again guys
