no mortgage to pay as buying outright , now about council tax, phone lines, water and electricity etc. Have tried to right a list of things i need to buy so i can get the most important first but i'm sure there are things i have forgotten any suggestions please.

It's a brand new flat so all painted and carpeted, kitchen is fitted with washer, dryer, fridge, freezer and oven. I have listed things that aren't important straight away and a couple of things i can make do with what i have but they will need replacing in a year or so (TV Stand etc, TV I'm not replacing it's just on there so i can tick it off).
