we have a beautifull modern two bedroom flat in glenrothes, fife. we want to swap for a two bedroom in Perth,scotland. The block of flats where knocked down and re-built in 2009. so in great condition.The flat includes a large livingroom with bay window, reasonably large kitchen, bathroom, double room and also single bedroom, large hallway and reasonable storage room. It is a pleasent area. 5 minuit walk to local school and local shops. 10 mins away from town by bus, local parks close by. We are on the 2nd floor.All the rooms are carpeted, although the livingroom carpet has a tiny bit missing in livingroom as our hamster got to it. Dont hesitate to contact me.
