This is the first time ive lived in a rented house, since April and we are leaving after our 6 months is up at the end of September, now the house is 2 years old and it has light cream carpets and they are the ones the builders put in. Now since we have been there we have accidently spilled a couple things and as soon as i done it got the vanish out and tried my best to get it out, but one or 2 dont come out. When we moved in there (our landlords lived there previously) they left quite a few stains around the house. But I am worried that we will not get our deposit back because of these stains. Is this true? I am very obsessive about having a clean house so keep it really clean and tidy & im so careful about not spilling anything that it goes the other way (i spill everything!!). We had an inspection on Saturday and they didnt mention anything. But is a few stains in the carpet the type of thing you cant get your deposit back on? As we really can't afford to loose it and I try to be so darn careful!!
