Its in Ireland, I left the house about a year ago, We are being charged for a complete new carpet yet there are only a few burns by the stove, no fire-guard came with house. Most of the little damage is obvious wear and tear and some other charges he is demanding are ludicrous. Such as a stain on a curtain requires a new curtain, yet I just cleaned the stain off with a wet towel. I have photos of all the so called damage to prove how exaggerated this bill is (over 1000e) i also did not receive my deposit back.
