basicly, havnt driven the car for a month because the tax ran out and i had to get a VIC check on it ect.
today i finally managed to get it taxed and on the road again, driven it around for a few miles. then i come home and for some reason look on the floor to find a sort of white deposit in the slit in the carpet where the seat belt tensioner wire goes. im pretty sure this is not normal! and i dont know when this happened. can anyone help me? any information is appreciated!

ive just turned on the heater, no foul smell
but instant loud screech!
havnt noticed this before as its summer at the moment and no need for a heater. any ideas?
