months ago i had a carpet fitted in my flat , recently ive noticed at the edges of the carpet in the hall way , if i press down on the edge of the carpet i can fill the pins prick my finger , at certain parts at the edge of the carpet ?
is this usual for a carpet ?
plus , near the doorway to the flat , the carpet has started to lift from the floor , like a bubble effect? - the carpet company said to ring them after xmas and they will call and have a look at it, and see if they can straighten it out .
