Earlier I thought I could see things moving in the carpet, like lines of electricity, shooting across the floor very quickly like sparks. It lasted for quite a few minutes.
Is that a hallucination or something else?
I don't have a fever.
I'm just a bit worried because nearly 2 years ago I was diagnosed with cyclothymia and told that it looked like it might be developing into bipolar disorder. I haven't seen a doctor or anyone about it for over a year, though.
I've had some mild-ish paranoia and delusions before, and I'm worried that if this is a hallucination, it's a sign that my illness is getting worse.
