I am living in terrible conditions since moving to this flat in 2009 due to an 8" round hole in the floor of my bedroom going deep ito the earth. visitors tell me the smell is horrendous, but I am an old person and my nose is not what it was. I have lost quite a bit of furniture, clothing and bedding due to mould and I am now attending the lung unit of my local hospital with an infection in my chest. My housing association did come and capped it like an oil well is capped, but it has sprung a leak it seems. I have sealed the room off with Duck Tape until someone comes to advise me further, but I have obiously now lost my bed, mattress, and the carpet and curtains. Please, can someone advise. Thanks
Ha Ha. Ah well I still have my good looks, but thanks for reminding me blackgru that cicumstances change and they will get better. THE ONLY WAY IS UP.
