Hello, i work in a small office that has a pet dog who is in most of the day, he is a 1 year old border collie and when he is in our office he seems absolutely insane....completely dumbfounded by light on the floor, he starts scratching the carpet and head butting the ground.... Is he going insane? how can we cure this?
