im training my 2 1/2 year old daughter and i never knew when she would go, so i left her with no nappy on during the day and when she wants to go, she uses her potty which is really working. i did it with just panties on her but she sat on the potty and went without pulling them down so im starting with her having no nappy on.
my bf is going mad over it, saying shes gona go all over the carpet, and i say to him "your not with her as long as i am you have alot of doubt in her so how would you know"
anyway, people have dogs that go all over thae carpet its easily cleaned.
but she hasent gone on the carpet and i think she is alot smarter than he thinks she is seeing as though hes not with her all the time and doesnt have to do all the teaching and training.
is it wrong for me to leave her with no nappy on?
abviously when she gets use to it i will teach her how to pull her pants down before she goes, im just happy shes using it atall
oh and btw he also says my life revolves around Y/A and thats sad and that i believe everything every1 tells me but its not like that i said, im getting advice from real parents here and im a first time mum so its nice to know i can ask here.
he means, if she done a wee, how would i know, she woudldnt tell me. there would be a smell of stale wee and i wouldnt be able to figure out where its coming from
