I have a jack russel and hes always lived outside, and now everyones telling me to bring him inside because its cold. But I think hes fine outside, hes got a kennel with, insulation inside, carpet, and a bed with blankets, he has clean fresh water and gets fed daily, hes a happy dog, he gets loads of attention, is this okay or not? If somebody professionally told me its against the law or whatever then I would bring him inside, but I've been looking at laws and that and I cant see anything wrong with it.
I dont see how its wrong though because hes got a fur coat, hes not house trained and I have a toddler and one on the way I dont have time to train him, he jumps in my daughter face and bites her clothes if hes in the house, whos only one and a half, hes a happy dog, and I wouldnt be bothered sleeping outide if i had a fur coat a shelter and blankets fresh water and food to eat.
his kennel is off the floor, its got under floor inulation in it, and carpet stapled inside as well as a bed and blankets, thats why I am asking the question because of how the weather is going, hes not noisey unless he hears another dog barking or the cock a few door down cockadoodlooing lol. if i go and touch him hes warm to touch and if he was unhappy out there, wouldnt he let me know?
