im 33 live in england in a one bedroom council flat....from time to time it gets very cluttered and messy...and i get lethargy due to anxiety so struggle with the energy to tidy up.
i dont own a lot of material possessions but my apartments is not that big either.
but it gets like a scene from resident evil literally.
paperwork strewn all over the carpet, boxes pile in the living room with newish clothes in them, new clothes wrapped in plastic bags that i want to protect from insects piled ontop of one another in my living room on cardboard boxes.
a hoover in the middle of the floor that i havent unplugged for weeks after hoovering a bit of carpet...trying to summon the energy to do more hoovering and just moving the hoover.
boxes here, paperwork and notebooks there...pamphlets. kitchen sink piles high with dishes....washing still in the washing machine..
basically a sh1t tip...does your apartment ever get like that? if so how do you get your head around tidying up?
it gets me anxious just looking at it all or knowing where to start.
