I want to take it apart just to give it a quick clean etc.
i don't have one of those anti-static bands,
but i dont have carpet all of my downstairs which helps? also should i take the battery out first, just in case

like i said, i just wanted to clean it, and see what components are upgradable in there, because i know many laptops parts can't be swapped around
