Our building in London is getting worse little by little. The communal areas are not clean at all, and one moth ago one of the two toilets broke down and is still the same, used by 10 ppl. No maintenance, no new paint or carpets, nothing.
Can we complain to any organism? who is responsible to look after the tenants and certificate a building is good to live in?
I know the obvious would be moving away but this place is close to my work and in a very good area (believe it or not), and this is just wrong.. we are not asking for luxuries just what is fair. Any suggestions?
