I tried to clean if with some spot carpet cleaner and inadvertently created a bigger staining problem than I started with. I'm gutted as the carpet is only 6 months old, will I have to spend money on a professional carpet cleaning service or is there anything I can do to clean the grey horrible smudge? Heeeelp!
