completely working, half the time he goes on the paper i lay down and show him to and half the time anywhere on the carpet he likes. I praise him for doing it on the paper and i use my stern tone to tell him off when he goes on the floor. if i catch him when he is about to go i say naughty (in a sternt tone)and move him to the paper, but then he doesnt try again and just either comes to me or lays down then after 10 mins tries to go on the floor again, dont know what im doing wrong, please help
